  • Do you provide certificates after the training?
    Yes, participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the training.
  • Can I book a private training session for my team?
    Yes! We offer private training sessions for groups or organisations. Contact us for more details.
  • How long is the training?
    The training typically lasts 1-2 hours, but it can be adjusted based on your team’s needs.
  • Do you accept NDIS funding?
    Yes! We are an NDIS registered provider, and we can work with you to access support through your NDIS plan (self-managed, plan-managed, or NDIA-managed). If you are using your NDIS Funding, please ensure your funding allocations are up to date.
  • What do I need to bring to my consultation?
    Please bring any relevant medical history, recent pathology results, and a record of your current dietary intake.
  • How long does the consultation last?
    - For a standard consultation, I typically allocate 45 to 60 minutes to ensure we have enough time to discuss your goals and create a personalised nutrition plan. - For more complex conditions, I’ll schedule 90 minutes for your first consultation, giving us ample time to dive deeper without feeling rushed.
  • How do I book a consultation?
    - Booking a consultation is simple! Just fill out the enquiry form, and you’ll receive a welcome pack email with all the details you need, including the next steps. - The email will outline how to schedule your consultation and provide all the information for a smooth and seamless process.
  • What happens after the consultation?
    You’ll receive a written summary of our session with recommendations, and we’ll continue supporting you with follow-up consultations as needed.
